Google and Outlook Calendar Sync

This was very easy to implement, and with few options that I couldn't live with.

1. Close outlook
2. Go here http://www.google.com/support/calendar/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=98563
3. Download and install the sync.
4. Give it time to sync...and you're in business.
