Crockpot Lasagna


1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp chopped garlic
12 oz can tomato paste
28 oz can tomato sauce
2 cups cottage cheese
8 oz. fat free mozzarella cheese
1 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
16 oz uncooked lasagna noodles
salt, oregano, pepper, Italian seasonings
 
Directions
1. Brown beef in frying pan with onion & garlic. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, seasonings, & cook long enough to warm.
2. Spoon a layer of meat sauce on bottom of crockpot
3. Add a double layer of lasagna noodles (break to fit)
4. Top with cheeses
5. Repeat layers
6. Cover & cook on low for 4-5 hours

 

Number of Servings: depends on how hungry they are
