Getting Started with

The whole concept of this blog is that in order to get through the daily churn is one thing. To get through it, stay happy and FEEL like I've accomplished something is completely different.
In order to do that I have to FOCUS on individual tasks for set periods of time. This blog was set up in a doctors office in five minutes. That's the time frame for writing my posts. Five minutes. I start a timer and then go for it. One of the rules for the site is that I must be able to do everything necessary from a phone.  It's about numbers, words, and how all that can help you maintain focus in an information, task overloaded environment. 

Five minutes focusing on who, what, when, where and why.
