- I have my first half marathon coming up in two weeks and I have two short tins and one long run this week to keep me on schedule.
- I have used running to lose a lot if weight over the last year and need to continue to stay on track.
- My son had to be at 4AM and this gave some time with a favorite person,
- Running early helps me clear my mind for the rest of the day.
- It helps establish new habits that are better for me , in many areas.
It's all about the who, what, when, where, and why of things. How is determined after all of those have been answered.
